Each report is produced jointly by the four project partners and published here as it becomes available.
The first major deliverable of the BlueDial project: a 108-page review of the current state of the Blue Economy in the Black Sea region, covering strategies, legislation, governance structures and good practices across Türkiye, Bulgaria, Romania and Georgia. Prepared by the project partnership under the leadership of Mare Nostrum NGO, it forms the baseline for BlueDial's policy dialogue and recommendations.
